Glenmark a.s.

In 2008 TECHO supplied furniture to five companies in the Pancrac City Tower. In the early months of 2009 a further project was added to this list. This was a complete interior solution for the pharmaceutical company Glenmark situated on the 3rd floor of this Pancrac landmark. In terms of volume this is one of the most extensive orders TECHO has delivered here so far. Another difference from the other projects is that all negotiations took place in English. 

On the entire project TECHO worked with architects Gradus. In the 1st stage 50 workstations were created on a floor space of 1 000m², and the second phase is now being prepared involving additional orders and service activity. TECHO is also attempting to establish cooperation with the offices of this client outside the Czech Republic.
Despite the fact that Glenmark ordered a comprehensive interior solution, all the work of the first stage was completed in a record time of 3 weeks. TECHO delivered Horizont and Citis S desks with Sidiz chairs. On the basis of a design from Gradus a non-standard reception was created corresponding to the customers requirements.
The project for Glenmark is the 6th order that TECHO has delivered to the City Tower. Last year TECHO furnished the offices of LESS, a.s. providing a wide range of services to forest owners (9th floor), ACCACE engaged in accountancy outsourcing (11th floor), law firm KŠD Šťovíček (19th floor), a leading Czech construction company PSJ (24th floor) and development company ECM – Real Estate Development Prague (26th floor).
