E Gate, Czech Saving Bank

In early 2008 TECHO received a new order – in accordance with a project from the GRADUS architecture studio it furnished three floors of a new modern administration building on Evropska streel in Prague. This building is characterised by concrete, steel and glass. In this building known as „E-gate“ Česká spořitelna leased floors 2, 3 and 4 out of a total of seven floors. The total office floor space is 20 000 m2, with each floor providing over 3 000 m2. In March 2008 the main part of the interior was installed. The majority of this was open space style office. The individual floors have different colour walls and floors. The unifying element is the standard furniture from the standard CS range – the Horizont desk system with sliding desktop in finish “Ivory” with fabric screens, wood pedestals and cabinets with silver lacquered doors from machined MDF. A feature of this project was the supply of clearing a dealing workstations with the hanging system Access Rail and monitor arms from Humanscale. For this hanging system was also designed a special desk as the latest format for the given requirements as shown in the input figures for this with the option of fitting several PC holders. Within this order worth 15 million CZK, TECHO created 500 workstations for Česká spořitelna employees and 12 meeting rooms. Also supplied were 1 100 cabinets including extensions.
