Central Hospital, Gabon

TECHO was awarded the order on the basis of the reliable execution of previous orders starting in 2000. This is the fifth hospital that TECHO has furnished in Gabon. The key advantages that TECHO had in relation to its competitors were a very flexible production program, the ability to adapt its products to the extreme climatic conditions of equatorial Africa without significant price increases and a convincing and accommodating approach during the preparation phase. The production and finishing of the order took place in the TECHO production facilities. From Prague the goods were transported in containers via Antwerp to the port at Libreville by ship.

Final installation was performed by TECHO employees on site. TECHO furnished interiors for the entire hospital including examination rooms, consulting rooms, medical rooms, wards, laboratories, reception areas, library, canteen and a multi-media lecture theatre.
