BASIC PROJECT DETAILS
In December 2007, TECHO won the project to furnish the offices of UNIPETROL in GEMINI building. The work was divided into two stages. TECHO started fitting out offices with 1500 m2 total floor space in February 2008. At this time construction work, organised by Strabag, was still in full swing. In the second stage furniture was installed in March 2008. The order also included the complete supply of light fittings, including designer lamps to create interesting features. The overall interior arrangement was very non-standard. The space included many rest zones and places for informal discussions, all in white finish, set off by coloured cabinet doors and desk accessories. The office furnishings included Arkus desk system, metal (white) pedestals, plexi screens, non-standard desk attachments, cabinets with plastic doors in various colours and kitchenettes. Also of interest was the boardroom where small non-standard tables with stainless steel base are placed with a Barrisol foil wrapping. This project, which provided 150 workstations, was successfully completed at the end of March 2008.
