At the end of 2001 we were invited by Česká spořitelna a.s. to prepare a quotation for the supply of an interior for Stavební spořitelna České spořitelny. Despite the fact that our company has a framework agreement with Česká spořitelna for the supply of office furniture, a tender was announced in relation to this specific order. We submitted the first bid during the Christmas week when talks also took place on the type of products offered, the price and the deadlines for completion of the construction. The next round of the tender consisted of a presentation of sample workplaces. Thanks to a well prepared and detailed presentation and the creation of visualisations of key parts of the building in cooperation with the studio Fact we proceeded to the final round where the decisive criterion was price. After the successful completion of the tender process for this project we prepared a comprehensive schedule for the work on the basis of the date stated by the investor for opening of the building and putting it into operation. During the course of the work we had, with regards to time limitations, to install temporary woodworking facilities. Close cooperation took place, in particular, with Moravostav and Komont. In total we supplied kilometres of interior partitions and sills, mobile furniture for over 320 employees, hundreds of fitted cupboards, special furniture such as reception desks, security counters, kitchens etc. Thanks to the perfect coordination of the project, the work was handed over at the required time. The reference document also testifies to the satisfaction of the investor.
