After success in the tender for reconstruction of the debating chamber of the Prague City Council an agreement was signed with developers Centroprojekt Zlín, which prepared the order. The order included several key specifications such as reconstruction of roof lights (in winter it is necessary for temporary cover), renovation of air-conditioning, lighting and wiring, comprehensive extension of the debating chamber interior including restoration work, (plaster, solid wood and wood veneer facing, windows, doors), supply of audio & video equipment, renovation of floors and supply of steel construction for podium and floor covering. 7 subcontractors were selected by tender to work on this order - Arwen, Area, Damovo, KSG, Schuss, AM Interiér and 3DH, along with engineering company Pozimos and cost controlling firm Gleeds.
Agreements on work were signed with all companies for the individual commodities.
The investor OMI set the period 1.10.2003 - 23.12.2003 for installation, although for administration reasons the site was not handed over until 15.10.2003.
Despite this shortened installation period the work with a total value of 60 mln CZK was completed on time and on 22.12.2003 OMI commenced pre-handover inspections.
TECHO, a.s. provided the Prague City Council with a guarantee service for 120 months and the standard service of our company for key accounts.
