Česká spořitelna, Liberec

In 2008 Česká spořitelna planned the reconstruction of another old building in the Art Nouveau style. The building on Felbrova street in Liberec is often referred to as the “second Rytířská“. Reconstruction of the building and interior took place whilst the branch was still operating in four stages, which resulted in increased requirements for logistics and planning of the individual parts of the delivery. The delivery of interior furnishings for the three-story building with a total value of 4.3 million CZK was completed in January 2009. Architectural office FACT for furnishing 62 workstations in this building proposed the standard Horizont desk system with non-standard black frame and sliding desktop in Ivory finish with wooden screens. The interior is complimented by cabinets with a combination of Ivory and dark grey finish. The individual workstations are separated by glass screens type „steady screen“ with mat finish, with a theme that links with the vertical interior elements. The public waiting areas have Kubik chairs. Part of the branch was also linked to the ČS project „Private Banking“.
