In February 2010 TECHO completed a three-month order for Beckman Coulter Inc., a manufacture of immunodiagnostic accessories. In the Czech Republic the concern is represented by its subsidiary Immunotech, a. s.
TECHO completely reconstructed their office spaces, including the preparation of architectural documentation by architect Miroslav Čech from Gradus. WOT standard desks in a light finish were supplied for 60 workstations. The total order value was 18 mln CZK.
In parallel with this project TECHO also delivered a project for Beckman Coulter in Moscow. This was a smaller project of 30 workstations (just furnishings).
Immunotech a.s., the most important Czech producer of Immunodiagnostics, is part of the international concern Beckman Coulter, Inc.
Immunotech a.s. supplies equipment, kits and reagents for clinical biochemistry, haematology, immunology, RIA and biomedicine research laboratories. An important part of the company’s activities is R&D focussed on immunodiagnostic kits. Over 50% of sales are accounted for by exports. The main export markets are France, Germany, Slovakia and the CIS.
In September 2000 the management of Beckman Coulter decided that Immunotech a.s. as a subsidiary would take on all representation of the concern in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and build a platform for the concerns activities in Central and Eastern Europe.
