Cabinets made from traditional materials complement the office desk systems. This storage system has been designed to furnish the interiors of office buildings where emphasis is placed on efficient storage of documents whilst maintaining a high aesthetic quality to the interior.
They are produced in three height modules, 735, 1063 and 1780 mm and in width modules of 800, 1000 and 1200 mm. The doors and carcass are made from MFC. For production melamine faced chipboard of thickness 8 mm and 18 mm is used with plastic 1 mm or 2 mm edges. The cabinets can be supplied with MFC shelves with AL profiles able to bear an evenly spread load of 30 kg, as well as a clothes rail or pull-out shelves and frames. The cabinets have an 18 mm high metal plinth with a powder paint finish. An important feature of the wood cabinets is height adjustment to compensate for floor unevenness using adjusting screws in the metal plinth.
The cabinets are available with sliding doors, wing doors (with an opening angle of 110°) or tambour doors. Cabinets come as standard with a lock. The cabinets are also available without doors in all height modules, which increase options when creating cabinet configurations. The wooden cabinet modules are dimensioned to be compatible with the Element system, and metal cabinets.
The use of tambour doors enables easy access to stored items and documents. The high degree of fire resistance makes this system suitable for use in multi-storey buildings. Low transport weight, and an elegant appearance along with a rigid construction and options for internals makes this storage system a good choice for even the most demanding projects. Metal tambour cabinets are produced in height modules 735 mm, 1080 mm, 1780 mm; and widths 800 mm and 1000 mm. All types have a wooden top surface. As standard they are supplied with adjustable feet for height levelling. One of the main selling points is the high degree of internal flexibility. Internals include shelves – fixed and pull-out frames – fixed and pull-out wardrobe hangers, and pull-out drawers. All metal parts for the cabinets are connected with bolts, clips and screws ensuring sufficient rigidity but also allowing the product to be disassembled for transportation or the replacement of any damages parts. The shelves have a load capacity of 30kg evenly distributed. The carcass of the metal cabinets is made from 0.8 mm deep-drawn steel sheet with a thermosetting powder coating finish. Shelves are also made from 0.8 mm, frames and pull-out items from 1.3 mm sheet with powder coating finish.
