Arkus is a sophisticated, sturdy and flexible desk system with a „beam“ construction. It was designed by Dutch designer Hans Verboom to furnish contemporary offices, call centres, and training & conference rooms. The system consists of profiled steel legs fixed to structural horizontal steel beams which also support desktop brackets, joints and accessory fixings. The components are bolted together, or clipped in place with the special Arkus attachment pieces.
The height of the A leg desks can be adjusted between 735 and 750 mm using levelling feet. The frame has a high-quality powder coat finish.
Base colour finish
desktops are made from the following wood-based options:
– MFC 18 mm with a 2 mm ABS edge
– EKOTECH 17.6 mm (MDF + HPL) with a black lacquered edge as standard
EKOTECH desktops feature a chamfered edge to retain the slim and elegant appearance befitting Arkus.
Desks with a white and grey finish have edges applied by laser (only for tops with straight edges).
In keeping with the simple design philosophy of Arkus, cable-management components enable both the vertical and horizontal feeding of cables.
