TECHO continues with furnishing the City Tower

PRAGUE, 9th February 2009 - Last year TECHO furnished the offices of five companies in the Pankrac City Tower. During the first months of this year we have already managed to add an additional project to that number. This is the delivery of a comprehensive solution for the pharmaceutical company on the third floor of this Pancrac landmark. In terms of volume this is one of the largest orders that TECHO has delivered here. An interesting feature of the project was that unlike the other projects the key negotiations took place in English.

During the whole project TEHO cooperated with the Gradus studio. The 1st stage consisted of 50 workstations in a total space of 1,000 m². The 2nd stage is now being prepared that will include additional orders and service activity. At the current time TECHO is also working to establish cooperation with this client abroad.
Despite the fact that Glenmark ordered a comprehensive interior fit-out, all work on the 1st stage was completed in the record time of 3 weeks. The products delivered included desk systems Horizont and Citis S in combination with Sidiz chairs. A reception tailored to the client’s requirements was installed on the basis of a design produced by the Gradus studio.

The project for Glenmark is the 6th order that TECHO has delivered in the City Tower. Last year it furnished the offices of LESS, a.s. which provides a wide range of services to owners of woodland (9th floor), ACCACE involved in the outsourcing of accounting, wage and tax consultancy (11th floor), law firm KŠD Šťovíček (19th floor), the leading Czech construction company PSJ (24th floor) and ECM – Real Estate Development Prague (26th floor).
