TECHO has developed its own chair, the TWIST T20, which offers users a high degree of comfort regardless of their size and weigh

PRAGUE, 30 September 2010 – Interior furnishings company TECHO presents its new office chair that ensures comfortable seating and correct body posture to users regardless of their size and weight. The chair features a new generation of backrests that relieves back stress when seating for long periods and also has a modern appearance.

The new Twist T20 chair has been developed by TECHO in cooperation with Dutch designer Hans Verboom, who has already designed a range of products for TECHO. „The design along with the adjustable synchronous mechanism and mesh fabric backrest provide users of the TWIST T20 with a revolutionary degree of freedom and capacity for active seating. It also promotes a healthy body posture and a high degree of safety. The Twist T20 comes as standard with a high-quality synchronous mechanism, a gas cylinder, polished aluminium base and universal castors,“ states Hans Verboom.

The chair has been conceived and constructed so that it fulfils the demanding conditions for office use whilst at the same time ensuring healthy seating. This chair suits over 90% of users that are between 150 and 190 cm tall. To ensure a healthy seating posture each user can adjust the seat settings and they also benefit from the ergonomic curve at the front edge of the seat.

Healthy seating is also promoted by the armrests made from high-quality moulded foam with a polished aluminium supporting frame. The armrest height can be adjusted to provide correct support for the arms and shoulders.
