TECHO expands its activity in Croatia
PRAGUE, 11 September 2009 – After Romania, TECHO has delivered a second project for Huawei Technologies, a world leader in the area of telecommunications, this time in Croatia. This is one of the first significant orders for the newly established branch, Techo Adria, apart from orders for key accounts Erste Bank and Raiffeisen.
„Huawei is a prospective account of TECHO. Its offices around the world accommodate over 40 000 employees,” states Martin Hořovský, key account manager TECHO.
The order for the Zagreb branch is the second project that TECHO has worked on for this customer. „Last year Techo Romania won a tender for the furnishing of the Romanian branch. A year later, on the basis of a reference and cooperation with our parent company Ahrend, we entered a tender for the Croatian branch and were successful,“ concluded Hořovský.
In the future TECHO will attempt to establish extensive cooperation with this client in as many countries as possible and work towards the conclusion of a general agreement for the supply of furniture. „We value the fact that TECHO as the main supplier not only delivered furniture, but also associated services, such as moving out existing furniture and designing the new interior layout,” commented Li Jian Xun, Vice-CEO of Huawei Technologies Croatia.
