TECHO a.s., in accordance with its quality policy, also devotes considerable attention to observing environmental regulations in all its activities and, in particular, during product development. For its key products it has requested use of the designation „Environmentally Friendly Product“. This designation indicates that a given product has minimum negative impact on the environment. This designation mirrors the major foreign eco-labelling programmes. On 5 September 2001 the Minister of the Environment awarded this designation to products of TECHO a.s.
